We have a wonderful new mobile home we have moved into. When you live in a mobile home, especially a new one, it usually means you do not have a garage. My car is currently parked under a shade but we have had no where to keep outside things such as bikes, yard tools, and a lawn mower. The slab of cement was finally poured last week and so the building of the shed commenced. Ben and Royce have made a lot of progress and it won't take much more work to complete. A shed means a lawn mower so we moved the "lawn" for the first time today. It actually looks more like a yard which is very exciting!
Hi Kelly, Sharon here (Katie's mother-in-law). I just found your blog and am so glad you are up and running and I look forward to reading more. I love your title! Just so you know I grew up in the country with a lawn made up of bermuda and nut grass. The most important thing was that it was green and fun to play on.Good luck putting together your new home.
This is fun to read Kelly. Your grass and shed posts made me think about when we first got married and moved into our Upland house. There was no grass and our little Spunky would dig out everything we planted. And we had no garage either-still don't :( Good luck to you guys and enjoy every minute of it!
